Deposits and Payments: The non refundable deposit to hold your pet is only $500. All puppies must be paid in full at 5 weeks old, due by week 6. There is a $25 per day boarding fee for any puppy not pick up or shipped out by 8 weeks old or post payment in full, whichever comes first; unless shipping or pick up has been arranged ahead of time. Once paid in full the puppy is yours. And, I am only holding puppy until shipping/ pick up date. You will be charged a boarding fee for payments still being processed after 8 weeks. And/or for puppies not received, if you request an extension. Once you have submitted the deposit for your pick puppy; then later wish to change your mind for any reason. Or, wish to choose a different puppy from the current or from a future litter; for any reason what so ever. You will go back on the early deposit list in the same order... You will have an additional fee of $250 that will be added to the listed price of the newly selected available puppy. And, once you have selected a new puppy your payment in full is due prior to me reserving the puppy for you. At the point of notice, I will place such puppy on hold. And, you will have no more than 7 days from notice to submit your payment in full before; I will offer the puppy to the next in line.
I try to be as fair as I can to everyone. And, if you take up space on my early deposit list, it prevents others from occupying that slot. And, in some cases prevents people from wanting to be enter the list lower in the selection process.. Therefore: This offer is only good for up to 1 year from the time your deposit was paid. After one year from the time your deposit was submitted, for any reason whatsoever, you have not made a selection following the above mentioned statement, or selected a puppy. And or have not paid in full for such puppy: You forfeit your deposit.... No exceptions allowed!
You are not responsible for the additional fees if you are on the early deposit list and decide to pass prior to selecting a puppy. When it is your turn to pick: You have the right to simply pass, if you are not ready. Or, if we do not have what you are wanting in that litter…
Deposits can be submitted two ways.
First: Following the birth of a litter. Once puppies are on the ground and pictures are posted you make your selection and submit your deposit for that specific available puppy.
Second: Prior to the birth of a litter.
1. Early deposit list holders submit their deposits, prior to the birth of a litter. You will be added to the deposit list in the order that you have submitted your deposit. The early deposit list is not for specific parents or specific timing of the year... (We do not guarantee specific parents, timing of a litter, specific/ special color patterns and or markings of parents/puppies born; with any early/pre deposits.. Such as: I want to pay now and get a puppy this Summer, or from your litter due in 2 months, ect...). Or, I want: A puppy from this mother and that father only. Or, I want: A female harlequin with a black spot on the top of her head, heavy markings, light marking. An early deposit for ( Harlequin is Harlequin, Black is black, Merle is Merle, blue is blue an on and on.. No matter the variation color pattern of your selection. The early deposit list goes litter by litter in order of available puppies.. It changes and updates with each litter but I always have an early deposit list rolling. Even though, we will breed a set of dogs at a set time of the year, they do not always get pregnant.
2. The deposit list is for people who have already done there research, asked all of their questions and know for sure you are wanting a puppy from Beefcake Danes: I do not mind answering questions: Check around for other puppies and only submit a deposit with us, if you are wanting a Beefcake Dane. Deposits are nonrefundable/transferable, unless otherwise stated herein.
3. You will be asked the color and the sex, you are looking for when you submit your deposit early. If we do not produce that color or sex within 1 year, we will give you an option for a refund, or continue on the early deposit list, following information provided in section (1). You just stay on the list and move up as people ahead of you select.
4. Keep in mind: If we produce the color and sex that you requested based on section (1) above and you pass, for any reason what so ever; you forfeit your right to the 1 year refund policy. From that point, you will be given 1 additional year to make a selection. If you have not selected within that 2 year time frame, you will be removed from the list and forfeit your deposit. This has never happened to date: But, we have to make policies.....
5. If you choose to go onto the early deposit list: You go on the list in the order I receive your deposit. Keep in mind you can wait it out and submit a deposit once puppies are on the ground, select then and submit your deposit at that point…. I post the remaining available puppies on my site, after the early deposit list holders has had their opportunity to select first.
6. The early deposit list is set up to allow holders away to stay ahead and move up on the list. It also allows holders a way to secure a spot ahead of the general public. Once you are on the early deposit list you will then move up on the list as people ahead of you make their selections. No matter where you come in onto the list, you are better off than the general public. I announce the litters/available puppies to the early deposit list holders first prior to posting them available on my site. You will be contacted in order each litter, unless you have passed multiple times. At such point, I will only contact you when we have your requested color and gender.
7. Again, when it is your turn to pick: You do not have to choose the color or sex you requested. Once you have a spot on the early/pre deposit list and your number is up, you only can pick from ANY available puppy or you can pass to the next litter. I understand things change from time to time...
Also, once it is your turn, not only can select from ANY available puppy, even if you have changed your mind on what you originally requested. You are also allowed to select more than one puppy, at that point... Basically, when it is your turn to pick you can do as you wish, at that point.
8. Picks must me made the day the pictures are uploaded to the website in the order you are listed. You can wait as long as you wish prior to making your selection from such litter. However, puppies will not be held if you do not make your selection once I have notified you of the updated website. If you do not select once notified, you do not lose your place in line. You can still select from any available puppy from that point that are still available. If I do not hear back from you when it is actually your turn, I have to take it as a pass. And, you will automatically be passed. You will maintain your spot. Or, you will simply moved up in-line, on the early deposit list, if someone has selected ahead of you. This process will continue through the current litter, until I hear back from you. And, will start over with the next litter.
9. There are people on the list who pass due to various reasons: You can pass as many times as you want, following the guidelines set herein. If you become a frequent passer: Wrong timing, different parent, different color pattern, family and or financial issues, etc… (After 3 passes/ or, non-returned contacts); it is no longer my responsibility to contact you: You will contact me, once you are ready to bring home your puppy. Again, only submit your deposit, if you seriously want a puppy. And, want to be on the early deposit list. (Refer to sections 3-4)
10. I don't increase prices or take higher bids to move anyone up higher on the list. I have this process set up with getting a puppy from us to be as fair to everyone as possible..........
Here is an Example of how the process of the early deposit list works:
Let us say that we already have early deposits taken for: Pick 1,2,3,4 and 5. Let’s also say that all 5 are looking for a harlequin male... Then, in our next available litter, (no matter when that is and no matter who the parents are); I have 4 harlequin males.
Now, #5 has moved up and has first pick for the next available puppy/litter......
Let’s say that we only had 3 harlequin males.
In that case, #4 would move to #1 spot and #5 would move up to the #2 spot, for the next available puppy/litter...
We periodically keep back our puppies..... Therefore, we have and reserve first pick of any puppy we produce male or female. We may also hold back a couple of puppies prior to placement until we have decided on placing or keeping such puppies…. This includes the early deposit list. Of course we do not keep puppies from every litter.
PayPal includes a 3% included anytime it is used, other than friend or family transfers. We accept PayPal for regular deposits only. (Puppies are on the ground; you see one available, pick it and submit your deposit on that specific puppy). Early deposits are submitted via money order. Final payments are accepted of cash at pick up, cashier’s check, money orders, bank deposit due by 5 weeks old, of each litter. All late payments and payment not submitted as requested will have a holding time, which will cause a delay in shipping your puppy, due to processing. All deposits are non-refundable. Everyone will receive exact information on how to submit payments prior to submitting a payment. Please, do not submit a payment without receiving confirmation from me prior. Please, make sure you have asked and understand our process and policies prior to submitting any payments for one of our Beefcake Danes babies. By submitting a payment in any form for the deposit or purchase of one of our dogs, you understand and are agreeing to all terms.
We like to feel comfortable with the placement of our puppies into their new homes and reserve the right to refuse to sale and or cancel out anyone without prior notice. If this occurs we will return your payment in full....
Registration
Several of our dogs will come with Full AKC registration included; at no additional cost... This is ALL individually based, litter by litter and puppy by puppy... I do not register all litters/ all puppies. This will help to ensure that my lines are preserved and maintain the excellent temperament/ structure; I've worked so hard to produce. If a litter/puppy is being placed with Full AKC included; I will have that posted at the top of the available puppy page for that litter, at the time they are being sold. Each person wanting full registration will simply need to speak with me prior to submitting any form of payment. Otherwise, all posted policies written herein will be applied. All puppies allowed to have AKC will get registered via www.akc.org: All of our parents are 100% Full European!!
We breed for and place pets only! We do not advocate showing, breeding or selling our dogs and or any possible future offspring. We do not guarantee that our dogs can be shown or bred due to health or genetics. Because, we are not placing puppies into new homes for breeding purposes. We strongly advise all new owners to spay or neuter. We also strongly advise all new owners of one of our dogs to ONLY purchase a dog from us with the intention of having pet ONLY dog. And, under no circumstance purchase one of our dogs with the intention of breeding!! Therefore, all of our dogs are placed/sold as pets first and foremost.
We allow new owners free choice of responsible care, treatment, breeding and showing of their puppy. We do not require, or enforce spay/neuter. We just ask that it is done on any puppy purchased from us. Our objective is to continue to do our best to improve the breed and provide European Danes to happy and loving pet first homes. Any forms, contracts or written agreements will be revised by me alone or cancelled, if not signed and returned to me; with within 30 days of receiving document/ and or puppy. If said mentioned form is canceled by me after 30 days there will be no option for full registration on purchased dog or offspring from that dog. Again: If akc is available on any litter/puppy it will be posted on that litter/sale page only. AKC Registration of offspring from import parents that will be registered will take place once both parents have been AKC registered and DNA tested as per AKC regulation, at which point said litter papers be released to new owners.
Guarantee
Our Great Danes are examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to delivery and are deemed in good condition, health, sound temperament, and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale. Our Great Danes are given all vaccines appropriate for the age and are de-wormed, determined by the seller. Buyer has 3 days from the purchase and/or delivery date to have the Great Dane examined by a Licensed Veterinarian (Buyer will pay all veterinarian fees). A copy of the veterinarian report must be scanned and emailed to [email protected] within three days of the veterinary visit. If the Great Dane is deemed to have a life threatening congenital illness, the Buyer, with Veterinarian Certified documentation of the condition, may return the Great Dane to the Seller for a full refund of the price of the Great Dane (not including fees, veterinary bills, food, medicine, guarantee extension fee, return transportation fee, ect.) or for a replacement Great Dane of equal value. If this option is selected you would enter the early deposit list in the next available spot. Guarantee extensions can be forwarded to replacement puppy. Failure to have the Great Dane examined within the above time limit and/or a copy of the veterinarian report sent to Beefcake Danes within the above time frame will nullify any and all parts of our health warranty/ guarantee extension.. European lineage and stress (i.e. from shipment) : may result in Haw Eye, Entropion, Cherry eye, or Third Eyelid Inversion. Or, arrives with a communicable diseases, which will be covered by our Warranty or our Guarantee, if diagnosed within the 3 days following the terms herein. Any puppies returned within this time frame will have to be returned to the exact departure location at the expense of the buyer. Some people like to show and or breed. We place our puppies as pet. And, place our puppies with the intention of of each puppy to be spayed and neutered. They are meant for showing/ breeding. Cosmetic issues are not covered. Defects in color, coat, skin, eyes, hernia repairs, testicles that have not dropped and structure defects are not covered. Hernia repairs and testicles that have not dropped can be treated during your spay and neuter. If you have followed the rules and policies mentioned herein. We will credit you, at a cost not to exceed/up to, $250.00 us. The amount will be decided by the seller. If the puppy has been discounted from the original posted price, for any reason what so ever; there will be no further credit, exchange, refund or replacement given. And, the $250 does not apply, as you will have already received a discount. We will be fair and understanding case by case in writing. Effective: August 1, 2020 we are offering a (1) year guarantee extension for $500 to cover (1) full year. You have up until 30 and not to exceed days following the arrival/ pick up date of your puppy to add this extension. The extension will follow the guidelines set forth herein this web site not including conditions caused by below standard nutrition, injuries and communicable diseases after time frame set herein. Extended guarantees will expire (1) year from the arrival/ pick up date of your puppy by new owners: Can not be transferred from original owners and will not be refunded for any reason.
This guarantee is for original buyers and on original sell price of dogs prior to any price drop or discount from original listed price: Only. We do not guarantee puppies shipped third party ground. Once we release them third party the guarantee is void. That does not include you having a friend or family pick up puppy from the airport. Guarantees cannot be transferred to secondary parties. Guarantees are only good for the length of time stated as per above. Adult dogs are placed into pet homes. They are not meant to be bred. And, will have no guarantees associated but not limited to reproduction: There are no refunds or guarantees on adult dogs, once you have taken possession of such mentioned dog. Unless, otherwise mentioned in a written/signed agreement prior to purchase. Deposits submitted on adult dogs are 100% refundable if while in person, at pick up, prior to payment in full and prior to taking possession of such dog, it is deemed that the dog is not a good fit. If you have negotiated a lower purchase price for your puppy; this section in full, does not apply to you.... Anyone needing to re home one of our dogs can contact us and we may be able to help you with placement. Or, at least offer assistance......
Transportation
I ship worldwide. Shipping cost within the USA is Free, up to $325!!! Since, Covid the prices have been moving up and down by the airlines... I will list information on how you can check air shipping fees below to ensure you are getting the most accurate information. Most all 8-12 week old puppy can ship without any additional shipping fees. Larger puppies and adult dogs are determined on a case by case bases. Discounted shipping outside of USA... Shipping costs may vary by location outside of the USA. Shipping will include American Airlines airfare, travel certificate, vaccines, dishes, food, water bottle (airline permitting), and absorbent bedding. Travel create/kennel not included. At especially hot times in the year most airlines refuse to ship animal cargo and or will set in place embargo's. They will also refuse to ship puppies on non pet friendly flights, as they should: Mostly during extreme cold/ hot times of the year.. We have no control over the policies of the airlines. And, can not control embargo's. Therefore, there are no refunds and or discounts for puppies not leaving out at scheduled dates/times and arrival locations. We do offer DFW transport, when available; as I mentioned it will be an extra fee, if you select this option. Or, we check flights every 2-3 day and wait for temps to fall within the approved range, at no additional fee. Every year, every puppy makes it to there new home. Anyone requiring shipping will provide at least but not limited to 3 arrival locations, since all flights are not pet friendly flights and airlines alter travel restrictions at will. New owners may have to travel at times to receive your pet regardless of local pick up or shipping included. We allow local pick up and do not guarantee shipping into any specific hometown location. We primarily us American Airlines and will ship puppies from Abilene TX, Dallas Tx or (Atlanta Ga. approved ahead of time). Some locations are available and some are not even if your airport has approved pet friendly flight: They will limit number of flights and make it difficult to arrange. We recommend you can check out your locations at any point throughout this process, including prior to submitting and funds; by contacting American air cargo... All flights are the same price. So, I will find the closest fastest, easiest and safest to your selected arrival location, to limit drive time as much as possible for new owners.
When contacting them: Estimate a 25 pound puppy in a 300 series kennel. 1-800-222-4622. It can cost an additional $350-$400 for me to ship your puppy within the United States. Therefore, depending on the time of year and availability of pet friendly flights or, if you for any reason decide you would like to use a different Airline or request special shipping arrangements: I may have to adjust for a small shipping cost to the buyer, not to exceed $350 total for shipping and or transport to a different selected departure airport. Shipping is always included in listed prices from Abilene TX to airports that are confirmed as pet friendly destinations for travel unless otherwise noted at any point for ground shipping... Current total price of shipping on American Airlines with everything needed to travel is $700. This is generally included in sale price for each new owner. You can also set up travel arrangements yourself if you want to drive, fly or use your personal ground transport company. All pets shipped American Air are shipped in cargo which is under the plane and is pressure and temperature controlled and certified the same as the passengers above. Pet friendly flight are not available for all flight days/ times for all destinations over the entire country; which includes major airports. However, puppies can only fly pet friendly fights so we guarantee travel to your destination on pet friendly flights via American Air. Your puppy will be shipped accordingly on pet friendly flights only when using American.. We make every effort to accommodate new owners with fast and safe pet travel. Of course when dealing with air travel from time to time there will be flight delay which of course is out of our control. However, we are responsible your the care and safety of your pet until it arrives to your destination, unless otherwise mentioned prior to travel. Puppy shipping will begin at 8 weeks of age and are certified healthy by a veterinarian before arrival to your airport. If in the unlikely and unforeseen chance, a puppy dies during travel; a death certificate or autopsy report from your veterinarian must be received within 24 hours of flight arrival. After receipt of this documentation a replacement puppy of equal value will be sent as soon as possible. The owner is responsible for the shipping costs incurred both ways for receiving/returning puppy or transport a replacement puppy. We do not require but request new owners arrange to pick up there adult or older puppy in person above 16 weeks old.
I do send out a series of email through out the process. Usually starting around week 5-6: Lots of information, questions and answers; I have collected over the years on toys, feeding, vaccinations, worming, online resources, joint care, vitamins, ect. Included is a airport/ ground travel information/supply list. And, a single short form needed for safe pet travel and destination.
Pictures
We understand that this is an exciting time as new owners of your Beefcake Baby: We update new puppy pictures and post them on a 2-3 week rotation from first posted pictures: Example: If first is at or around Birth. Next, 2-3 weeks old.... 4-5 weeks old... 6-7 weeks old. From that point: Puppies usually ship out between 8-9 weeks old. We update pictures of available puppies as well as pictures of puppies who have found home.. I will contact you when pictures are posted/ or emailed out, so that you are not having to check the website daily for new post....
The website will be updated with information on current and upcoming litters. When we have available puppies I usually check my messages daily and will return your request. However, between litters I update the website with the available information and it may take extended times for me to reply to all messages.

8. Picks must me made the day the pictures are uploaded to the website in the order you are listed. You can wait as long as you wish prior to making your selection from such litter. However, puppies will not be held if you do not make your selection once I have notified you of the updated website. If you do not select once notified, you do not lose your place in line. You can still select from any available puppy from that point that are still available. If I do not hear back from you when it is actually your turn, I have to take it as a pass. And, you will automatically be passed. You will maintain your spot. Or, you will simply moved up in-line, on the early deposit list, if someone has selected ahead of you. This process will continue through the current litter, until I hear back from you. And, will start over with the next litter.
9. There are people on the list who pass due to various reasons: You can pass as many times as you want, following the guidelines set herein. If you become a frequent passer: Wrong timing, different parent, different color pattern, family and or financial issues, etc… (After 3 passes/ or, non-returned contacts); it is no longer my responsibility to contact you: You will contact me, once you are ready to bring home your puppy. Again, only submit your deposit, if you seriously want a puppy. And, want to be on the early deposit list. (Refer to sections 3-4)
10. I don't increase prices or take higher bids to move anyone up higher on the list. I have this process set up with getting a puppy from us to be as fair to everyone as possible..........
Here is an Example of how the process of the early deposit list works:
Let us say that we already have early deposits taken for: Pick 1,2,3,4 and 5. Let’s also say that all 5 are looking for a harlequin male... Then, in our next available litter, (no matter when that is and no matter who the parents are); I have 4 harlequin males.
Now, #5 has moved up and has first pick for the next available puppy/litter......
Let’s say that we only had 3 harlequin males.
In that case, #4 would move to #1 spot and #5 would move up to the #2 spot, for the next available puppy/litter...
We periodically keep back our puppies..... Therefore, we have and reserve first pick of any puppy we produce male or female. We may also hold back a couple of puppies prior to placement until we have decided on placing or keeping such puppies…. This includes the early deposit list. Of course we do not keep puppies from every litter.
PayPal includes a 3% included anytime it is used, other than friend or family transfers. We accept PayPal for regular deposits only. (Puppies are on the ground; you see one available, pick it and submit your deposit on that specific puppy). Early deposits are submitted via money order. Final payments are accepted of cash at pick up, cashier’s check, money orders, bank deposit due by 5 weeks old, of each litter. All late payments and payment not submitted as requested will have a holding time, which will cause a delay in shipping your puppy, due to processing. All deposits are non-refundable. Everyone will receive exact information on how to submit payments prior to submitting a payment. Please, do not submit a payment without receiving confirmation from me prior. Please, make sure you have asked and understand our process and policies prior to submitting any payments for one of our Beefcake Danes babies. By submitting a payment in any form for the deposit or purchase of one of our dogs, you understand and are agreeing to all terms.
We like to feel comfortable with the placement of our puppies into their new homes and reserve the right to refuse to sale and or cancel out anyone without prior notice. If this occurs we will return your payment in full....
Registration
Several of our dogs will come with Full AKC registration included; at no additional cost... This is ALL individually based, litter by litter and puppy by puppy... I do not register all litters/ all puppies. This will help to ensure that my lines are preserved and maintain the excellent temperament/ structure; I've worked so hard to produce. If a litter/puppy is being placed with Full AKC included; I will have that posted at the top of the available puppy page for that litter, at the time they are being sold. Each person wanting full registration will simply need to speak with me prior to submitting any form of payment. Otherwise, all posted policies written herein will be applied. All puppies allowed to have AKC will get registered via www.akc.org: All of our parents are 100% Full European!!
We breed for and place pets only! We do not advocate showing, breeding or selling our dogs and or any possible future offspring. We do not guarantee that our dogs can be shown or bred due to health or genetics. Because, we are not placing puppies into new homes for breeding purposes. We strongly advise all new owners to spay or neuter. We also strongly advise all new owners of one of our dogs to ONLY purchase a dog from us with the intention of having pet ONLY dog. And, under no circumstance purchase one of our dogs with the intention of breeding!! Therefore, all of our dogs are placed/sold as pets first and foremost.
We allow new owners free choice of responsible care, treatment, breeding and showing of their puppy. We do not require, or enforce spay/neuter. We just ask that it is done on any puppy purchased from us. Our objective is to continue to do our best to improve the breed and provide European Danes to happy and loving pet first homes. Any forms, contracts or written agreements will be revised by me alone or cancelled, if not signed and returned to me; with within 30 days of receiving document/ and or puppy. If said mentioned form is canceled by me after 30 days there will be no option for full registration on purchased dog or offspring from that dog. Again: If akc is available on any litter/puppy it will be posted on that litter/sale page only. AKC Registration of offspring from import parents that will be registered will take place once both parents have been AKC registered and DNA tested as per AKC regulation, at which point said litter papers be released to new owners.
Guarantee
Our Great Danes are examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to delivery and are deemed in good condition, health, sound temperament, and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale. Our Great Danes are given all vaccines appropriate for the age and are de-wormed, determined by the seller. Buyer has 3 days from the purchase and/or delivery date to have the Great Dane examined by a Licensed Veterinarian (Buyer will pay all veterinarian fees). A copy of the veterinarian report must be scanned and emailed to [email protected] within three days of the veterinary visit. If the Great Dane is deemed to have a life threatening congenital illness, the Buyer, with Veterinarian Certified documentation of the condition, may return the Great Dane to the Seller for a full refund of the price of the Great Dane (not including fees, veterinary bills, food, medicine, guarantee extension fee, return transportation fee, ect.) or for a replacement Great Dane of equal value. If this option is selected you would enter the early deposit list in the next available spot. Guarantee extensions can be forwarded to replacement puppy. Failure to have the Great Dane examined within the above time limit and/or a copy of the veterinarian report sent to Beefcake Danes within the above time frame will nullify any and all parts of our health warranty/ guarantee extension.. European lineage and stress (i.e. from shipment) : may result in Haw Eye, Entropion, Cherry eye, or Third Eyelid Inversion. Or, arrives with a communicable diseases, which will be covered by our Warranty or our Guarantee, if diagnosed within the 3 days following the terms herein. Any puppies returned within this time frame will have to be returned to the exact departure location at the expense of the buyer. Some people like to show and or breed. We place our puppies as pet. And, place our puppies with the intention of of each puppy to be spayed and neutered. They are meant for showing/ breeding. Cosmetic issues are not covered. Defects in color, coat, skin, eyes, hernia repairs, testicles that have not dropped and structure defects are not covered. Hernia repairs and testicles that have not dropped can be treated during your spay and neuter. If you have followed the rules and policies mentioned herein. We will credit you, at a cost not to exceed/up to, $250.00 us. The amount will be decided by the seller. If the puppy has been discounted from the original posted price, for any reason what so ever; there will be no further credit, exchange, refund or replacement given. And, the $250 does not apply, as you will have already received a discount. We will be fair and understanding case by case in writing. Effective: August 1, 2020 we are offering a (1) year guarantee extension for $500 to cover (1) full year. You have up until 30 and not to exceed days following the arrival/ pick up date of your puppy to add this extension. The extension will follow the guidelines set forth herein this web site not including conditions caused by below standard nutrition, injuries and communicable diseases after time frame set herein. Extended guarantees will expire (1) year from the arrival/ pick up date of your puppy by new owners: Can not be transferred from original owners and will not be refunded for any reason.
This guarantee is for original buyers and on original sell price of dogs prior to any price drop or discount from original listed price: Only. We do not guarantee puppies shipped third party ground. Once we release them third party the guarantee is void. That does not include you having a friend or family pick up puppy from the airport. Guarantees cannot be transferred to secondary parties. Guarantees are only good for the length of time stated as per above. Adult dogs are placed into pet homes. They are not meant to be bred. And, will have no guarantees associated but not limited to reproduction: There are no refunds or guarantees on adult dogs, once you have taken possession of such mentioned dog. Unless, otherwise mentioned in a written/signed agreement prior to purchase. Deposits submitted on adult dogs are 100% refundable if while in person, at pick up, prior to payment in full and prior to taking possession of such dog, it is deemed that the dog is not a good fit. If you have negotiated a lower purchase price for your puppy; this section in full, does not apply to you.... Anyone needing to re home one of our dogs can contact us and we may be able to help you with placement. Or, at least offer assistance......
Transportation
I ship worldwide. Shipping cost within the USA is Free, up to $325!!! Since, Covid the prices have been moving up and down by the airlines... I will list information on how you can check air shipping fees below to ensure you are getting the most accurate information. Most all 8-12 week old puppy can ship without any additional shipping fees. Larger puppies and adult dogs are determined on a case by case bases. Discounted shipping outside of USA... Shipping costs may vary by location outside of the USA. Shipping will include American Airlines airfare, travel certificate, vaccines, dishes, food, water bottle (airline permitting), and absorbent bedding. Travel create/kennel not included. At especially hot times in the year most airlines refuse to ship animal cargo and or will set in place embargo's. They will also refuse to ship puppies on non pet friendly flights, as they should: Mostly during extreme cold/ hot times of the year.. We have no control over the policies of the airlines. And, can not control embargo's. Therefore, there are no refunds and or discounts for puppies not leaving out at scheduled dates/times and arrival locations. We do offer DFW transport, when available; as I mentioned it will be an extra fee, if you select this option. Or, we check flights every 2-3 day and wait for temps to fall within the approved range, at no additional fee. Every year, every puppy makes it to there new home. Anyone requiring shipping will provide at least but not limited to 3 arrival locations, since all flights are not pet friendly flights and airlines alter travel restrictions at will. New owners may have to travel at times to receive your pet regardless of local pick up or shipping included. We allow local pick up and do not guarantee shipping into any specific hometown location. We primarily us American Airlines and will ship puppies from Abilene TX, Dallas Tx or (Atlanta Ga. approved ahead of time). Some locations are available and some are not even if your airport has approved pet friendly flight: They will limit number of flights and make it difficult to arrange. We recommend you can check out your locations at any point throughout this process, including prior to submitting and funds; by contacting American air cargo... All flights are the same price. So, I will find the closest fastest, easiest and safest to your selected arrival location, to limit drive time as much as possible for new owners.
When contacting them: Estimate a 25 pound puppy in a 300 series kennel. 1-800-222-4622. It can cost an additional $350-$400 for me to ship your puppy within the United States. Therefore, depending on the time of year and availability of pet friendly flights or, if you for any reason decide you would like to use a different Airline or request special shipping arrangements: I may have to adjust for a small shipping cost to the buyer, not to exceed $350 total for shipping and or transport to a different selected departure airport. Shipping is always included in listed prices from Abilene TX to airports that are confirmed as pet friendly destinations for travel unless otherwise noted at any point for ground shipping... Current total price of shipping on American Airlines with everything needed to travel is $700. This is generally included in sale price for each new owner. You can also set up travel arrangements yourself if you want to drive, fly or use your personal ground transport company. All pets shipped American Air are shipped in cargo which is under the plane and is pressure and temperature controlled and certified the same as the passengers above. Pet friendly flight are not available for all flight days/ times for all destinations over the entire country; which includes major airports. However, puppies can only fly pet friendly fights so we guarantee travel to your destination on pet friendly flights via American Air. Your puppy will be shipped accordingly on pet friendly flights only when using American.. We make every effort to accommodate new owners with fast and safe pet travel. Of course when dealing with air travel from time to time there will be flight delay which of course is out of our control. However, we are responsible your the care and safety of your pet until it arrives to your destination, unless otherwise mentioned prior to travel. Puppy shipping will begin at 8 weeks of age and are certified healthy by a veterinarian before arrival to your airport. If in the unlikely and unforeseen chance, a puppy dies during travel; a death certificate or autopsy report from your veterinarian must be received within 24 hours of flight arrival. After receipt of this documentation a replacement puppy of equal value will be sent as soon as possible. The owner is responsible for the shipping costs incurred both ways for receiving/returning puppy or transport a replacement puppy. We do not require but request new owners arrange to pick up there adult or older puppy in person above 16 weeks old.
I do send out a series of email through out the process. Usually starting around week 5-6: Lots of information, questions and answers; I have collected over the years on toys, feeding, vaccinations, worming, online resources, joint care, vitamins, ect. Included is a airport/ ground travel information/supply list. And, a single short form needed for safe pet travel and destination.
Pictures
We understand that this is an exciting time as new owners of your Beefcake Baby: We update new puppy pictures and post them on a 2-3 week rotation from first posted pictures: Example: If first is at or around Birth. Next, 2-3 weeks old.... 4-5 weeks old... 6-7 weeks old. From that point: Puppies usually ship out between 8-9 weeks old. We update pictures of available puppies as well as pictures of puppies who have found home.. I will contact you when pictures are posted/ or emailed out, so that you are not having to check the website daily for new post....
The website will be updated with information on current and upcoming litters. When we have available puppies I usually check my messages daily and will return your request. However, between litters I update the website with the available information and it may take extended times for me to reply to all messages.

Or, I will send you the information on how to submit your deposit for the early list... Again, the contact list is where you should receive an email update with the arrival of our litters/ available puppies. This will help you stay in the loop with our babies.. The early deposit list is where you will actual have a spot for early selection of one of our puppies... ( The early list is only for people who know that they want a puppy from us and are ready). Because, you would be submitting your deposit to get an early spot...
